About the Founder

 

WILL is about connection and shining a light on women who LEAD. As a movement, we have created a platform for women to speak, a place for women-owned businesses to grow and an empowered energy within our community. 

 

Anayancy Escarpanter founded WILL in 2016 with the inspiration of knowing what women face when trying to maintaining your career goals and stay true to your authentic self as you navigate through different seasons of life.

 

Prior to launching Women in Leadership League, she has fostered a career with the understanding of both working within a boutique marketing agency platform while managing big brand corporate strategies. Her expertise in marketing, leadership training, company culture development, target consumer reach and branding strategy helps guide the platform in which WILL represents in our Social Events, Digital Tools and Online Courses.

 

As a Tampa Native, she began her collegiate career at the University of South Florida . She moved to Miami, FL and achieved her degree in Communications and Advertising with a minor in Photography at Florida International University.

Over the last decade, she has launched a variety of company programs and processes that have proven success that focus on skill development, mentorship, company culture, diversity and inclusion, and cross communication with entry level to senior leadership.

Along with her growing family, she began expanding her interests and joining organizations that further exposed her to empowerment, social change, activism, equality, philanthropy, diversity and women's mentorship.

 

Women in Leadership League is multi-media platform and an avenue to connect within this community. Her passion for event curation, public speaking, start-up innovation and community began as she further established a place for women to connect both in the corporate setting and social atmospheres that fit their lifestyle in any stage.
